The Italian restaurant –
Vespa
Vespa is the perfect
choice if you are a pasta and pizza lover just like us. All the
ingredients such as burrata are freshly made and accompanied by
Italian olive oil and bread. Whether you go for some of the
traditional choices or try delicious fish, you will not be
disappointed.
The French/European
restaurant – Brasserie
This place is a great
option for those adoring fish and sea food. Mussels, shrimps, salmon
are just some of the dishes we had a chance to try. Do not forget to
order white or rose wine to accompany your meal and enjoy the
tranquil atmosphere of this great dining spot.
The Turkish restaurant -
Mezze
Authentic Turkish
restaurant will take you on a trip inspired by the beautiful colors
and tastes of the orient's spice markets. Enjoy great food in a
stunning setting with a spacious terrace and panoramic views of the
Arabian Gulf. Our personal favorite was the selection of hot and cold
mezze.
The Asian restaurant –
Sanchaya
All sushi lovers reunite!
Sanchaya is the place to be if you are fan of Asian cuisine. Beside
sushi you will definitely be enchanted by pad thai, green curry and
many other dishes. Do not leave without ordering desert – the must
was a deep fried banana with caramel and vanilla ice cream on the top of
it.
Islander´s Brunch
It provides a culinary delights from across five unique dining venues
every Friday from 1:00pm – 4:00pm all accompanied by the greatest
classic rock tunes with hotel´s resident band, The Firm.
The Fish Market offers
over 15 different kinds of Fish and Seafood including gigantic tuna
or swordfish, lobster, Crab, Shrimps & Mussels which you can
choose and have it prepared the way you want. The regular food
stations are Oyster stations, Sushi & Nigiri, Live Pasta, Cold
cuts, Cheese display with more the 30 kind of cheese waiting of your
choice, Healthy Salads & Juices, Veggie selection, Kids corner,
Cakes and desserts including irresistible Fried Ice Cream.
